Adebayo (Bayo) Adanri, Ph.D., SRA

Commercial Real Estate Broker, Licensed Appraiser

Adebayo (Bayo) Adanri, Ph.D., SRA is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois and a certified general real estate appraiser in the States of Illinois and Missouri. He is a 28-year resident of the twin cities and a University of Illinois alum with a master’s degree in urban planning. He received his doctoral degree in public policy administration from Walden University.

 

Bayo has extensive knowledge and experience in city/community planning, land use planning, site development analysis, highest and best use studies, residential and commercial property appraisals, and eminent domain appraisals for state and local agencies, as well as private utility companies. He is a co-recipient of Appraisal Institute’s 2019 Richard U. Ratcliff Award for the best original article by an academic published during the previous year in the Appraisal Journal.

 

He takes a multi-disciplinary approach to solving real estate problems. He understands the administrative, legal, physical, and economic factors that affect optimal land use or site development vis-à-vis return on and of investments.

 

Bayo has a long history of community involvement including serving as President of the Normal Rotary Club, McLean County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and thrice elected to serve on the Deacon Board in his Church. He carries out volunteer work with Eastern Illinois Food Bank, Salvation Army, and Octoberfest through the Normal Rotary Club.
