Our Team

Mike O’Neal is a commercial real estate broker, licensed in the State of Illinois. He is a retail and restaurant specialist with an extensive network and experience in both sectors. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and regularly attends conventions and conferences, where he has built long-lasting connections and friendships in the industry. 

Over the years, Mike has worked with clients such as Ruby Tuesday, Buffalo Wild Wings, Krispy Kreme, Hooters, Rosati's Pizza, Little Caesars, Firehouse Pizza, All About Eyes (25 stores), Dollar Tree, AutoZone, Furniture Row, US Cellular, Hertz, and Curves for Women and more. He has also worked as a landlord representative for numerous shopping centers including Constitution Trail Centre, Lakewood Plaza, Kroger Center, Parkway Village, Veterans & Main Plaza, and College Hills Plaza,  Shoppes at College Hills.  

Mike received his BA degree in Economics from Indiana University. In 1997, he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial as a commercial real estate broker where he was a consistent top-producer. Prior to his brokerage career, Mike was General Manager of a chain of factory outlet stores for a national menswear manufacturer, Director of Leasing for five factory outlet malls, and obtained hands-on experience in the restaurant industry as an Owner/Operator of two fast-food restaurants. 

Mike is detail oriented and thorough. You can count on Mike for clarity of communication and attention to detail, and you can be confident that everything will run smoothly. Mike works as a team with his daughter, Meghan, who is an owner and broker at AXIS 360.

Mike and his wife Peggy enjoy traveling, both nationally and internationally, and spending time with their family.
