Robbie Osenga is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with AXIS 360. Robbie is a native to Bloomington-Normal, where he has lived, led & developed many long-standing relationships. He has been an active commercial broker since 2019 and specializes in helping businesses & organizations find the optimal physical space they need to accomplish their organizational goals. Robbie combines his deep understanding of organizational culture, space design & the construction process to assist clients in purchasing or leasing the space that is best suited for their growth. Robbie has background in sales and leasing of all property types, including multifamily and investment, office, retail, industrial, land and residential.

Robbie is a husband & father of 3, who live here in Normal, IL & are actively involved in their faith & school communities. Robbie is a connector & effective communicator, often found speaking or consulting with area organizations helping them to reach their potential. In addition to being a broker with AXIS 360, Robbie also serves as the Vice President of Business Development & Culture for Catalyst Construction, a local commercial construction company. 

Throughout his life Robbie has been fortunate to have had a handful of fantastic professional experiences starting in residential design, transitioning into educational leadership. While leading in education, he started a small strategic consulting practice focused on organizational health of small businesses & non-profit organizations. One of those early clients, eventually asked him to join their executive leadership team, as the Vice President and Chief Potential Officer of Cybernautic. It was this position, combined with his consulting practice, that opened doors for him to spend much of the last several years focusing his professional efforts in Commercial Real Estate, birthed out of a collaborative relationship with Catalyst Construction. Eventually the number of projects in Commercial Real Estate, Development & Construction grew so much, that another transition was warranted over to his role at Catalyst.

Throughout his years in leadership in the Bloomington/Normal community, Robbie has been so blessed to be surrounded by a wonderful network of creative professionals that believe in serving others through collaboration. Robbie's role in the community is focused on helping connect local businesses with how spaces can be designed in a way that is holistic, purposeful, and resource conscious. Robbie meets businesses where they are & walks alongside them helping to provide valuable insight on how to move forward, and connect them with the best fit for their needs. Each of these strategic partnerships has given him the unique opportunity to leverage expertise across multiple fields to better serve the greater Central Illinois community by empowering individuals and businesses to passionately pursue their potential!
