Mike Talkington and Greg Yount represented the owners fo 511 Chancellor Drive. Mike O'Neal and Meghan O'Neal represente the tenant in securing a lease on the former Cafe Italia restaurant buidling.

This is a freestanding restaurant that sits just off of Hershey Road on Chancellor Drive, behind Culvers and across from Rob Dob's Restaurant and Bar. The tenant, John Pinjoli, will be opening the new restaurant as Egg Republic. Egg Republic will feature an upscale breakfast and lunch menu with a wide selection of beer, wine, spirits and specialty cocktails.

John did a largescale buildout on the property, exceeding an $800,000 investment. John is not a novice to the restaurant industry, his family owns and operates Jack's Cafe in both LeRoy and Tremont.
