Mike O'Neal and Meghan O'Neal represented the Landlord, Shoppes at College Hills owner,  in securing a long term lease with Fannie May Premium Chocolates, working directly with their corporate offices in attracting the tenant.  Fannie May is now owned by Ferrero, the Italian based candy giant that owns the candy plant on Beich Rd in southwest Bloomington.  

Fannie May was a longtime tenant at Eastland Mall before closing the store in March, 2020, we are happy to see them back in the market and wish they much success.
