Mike O'Neal and Meghan O'Neal represented the Landlord in securing a lease with Casper Brewing Company.  Dave Casper was seeking a unique opportuntiy to expand his brewing business outside of his garage.  Dave worked for over 20 years brewing and creating his own recipes.  We were able to provide him a place to brew and a taproom at The Links Golfcourse in Bloomington.  Dave has a variety of European styles of beer on tap with an emphasis on Bavarian beers.  

At Casper Brewing, you can bring your own food in or there is Butch's Pizza available for purchase.  In addition to beer, Dave is offering his own flavored seltzers.  

Dave is now distributing his microbrews to local restaurants with a plan for further expansion.
