This former garden nursery was represented and listed by Greg Yount.  The property sits with frontage on Division Street and spans the block between Main Street and Center Street.  

The buyer was represented by Mike O'Neal and Meghan O'Neal.  Scooter's coffee franchisee has purchased the property for redevelopment.  They intend to take down the existing structure to build a freestanding coffee kiosk with drive through.  Scooter's coffee is one of the fastest expanding brands in the U.S. right now and looks to open several locations here in Bloomington/Normal.
