Mike O'Neal and Meghan O'Neal represented the Landlord in leasing the former Portrait Innovations space that sat vacant for many years at the Shoppes at College Hills.  Laura Pritts worked with the Tenant in securing the lease with the Shoppes.  The tenant is Well Dressed Windows, Central Illinois' window treatment specialists, family owned by Greg and Bridget Mote.
