415 DETROIT DRIVE, BLOOMINGTON, ILL.
SOLD FOR $3.35 MILLION
Bloomington, Ill. (July 7, 2023) – AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists represented the seller of the former Ovation 10 Entertainment Complex located at 415 Detroit Drive. The building sold for $3.35 million. The seller, NV Propco Acquisition, an out of town investor, was represented by Michael O’Neal and Meghan O’Neal-Rogozinski, CCIM of AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists. The buyer, FMB Holding Inc., was represented by Sherye Przybyla of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, both companies in Bloomington, Illinois.
415 Detroit Drive was originally opened in 1999 as Carmike Cinemas and renovated in 2015 to include a full size kitchen and bar with in-theater dinner service . The Ovation Cinema Grill closed at the start of the pandemic and never reopened after their parent company, New Vision Theaters filed for bankruptcy.
The buyer’s plans for the building are unknown at this time.
